Flashdance.

A few days ago I went home from school sick, only to discover that our cable was out. So, in a fit of rage/boredom, I decided to watch the inspiration behind my name; Flashdance, starring Jennifer Beals. (My real name is Alexandra, named after Beals's character.) In several of the ballet scenes, she wore these fantastic legwarmers with ballet slippers. I've never really been a huge fan, but after watching the movie I completely and irrevocable fell in love with the look. I'm hoping to buy the above pink legwarmers from American Apparel ($16) so that I can wear them with some flats to school a few times before it really begins to warm up.
